Removal of a former lead user

Hello, I am experiencing a challenge completely removing a former user, from whose email messages and acknowledgments can still originate.  This is especially challenging for online gifts received.  Has anyone had the same issue,and if so, any direction toward a resolution would be most appreciated.  Our team has updated the system with a new contact name, etc.  but the issue persists.  Could some occurrence at our initial setup be the issue?   Thank you.

    If you're seeing emails still from this person it's likely to be a setting on your donation forms or your Mass Communications. These are not set to have emails sent from specific Users but specific email addresses.


    For DIY pages:
    1. Go to Management > DIY Forms
    2. Click Edit by your form
    3. Click Settings
    4. Check the email address under "Send the donor a confirmation email?"
    5. Click Update
    6. Click Save
    7. Click Go Live
    8. Click Yes, Go Live
    9. Repeat for all other online pages
    If you use a custom eCommerce page:
    1. Go to Management > My Organization
    2. Click eCommerce
    3. Check the fields under Confirmation Email addresses
    4. Click Save
    For Mass Emails, you may need to check any that are already scheduled. Otherwise, the next time you set up one to send make sure to check the Email fields as you go through the steps of sending the mass email.


    That covers the most common places! If you have online Cart or Personal Fundraiser modules there are settings within those as well regarding confirmation emails. So I hope this helps.
