Refunds via eTapestry

Hello

We are going to have to postpone an event that we have already sold tickets for via eTapestry.  We may need to offer refunds if supporters can't make the rescheduled date. Can this be done via eTapestry direct to their credit/debit cards please?

    I'm sorry to hear you are having to postpone events, but a responsible decision for sure. Refunds would need to be processed with the credit card processor rather than from within eTapestry. If you use BBMS as your processor we have those steps here: https://kb.blackbaud.com/articles/Article/54853. Once refunded, you will want to reverse or delete the transaction from eTapestry as well to update your records there. We have steps in https://kb.blackbaud.com/articles/Article/64213 on reversing it in eTapestry as well as contact information for IATS and Sage if one of those is your processors.
