Even in the best of times, getting help from our colleagues, peers, and partners can make our jobs easier. As many of you try and adapt your work processes, student support, and campus engagement to the current climate, I wanted to share my own personal reminder that the Blackbaud Community is a great resource for finding (and sharing!) ideas and best practices for addressing new needs ... and simply for connecting with others who may be facing similar challenges.


As all of Blackbaud's customers, Blackbaud Education Management customers don't just have access to SaaS-based tools for managing their schools, they have access to product experts (like me!) and to each other to optimize business processes.


Feel free to share ideas here, to ask each other for ideas, and to make product recommendations/suggestions in the Ideas portal.
