Hello Theresa!

You should be able to use the Ctrl + V shortcut for pasting text into your template. We don't necessarily recommend this because it can copy some invisible html code and cause some issues with your template. But, if you are going to paste from somewhere else we recommend you paste it into Notepad first to remove any formatting. Then use the options within eTapestry for your formatting.
