Enabling Applications

Hi. I am a SKY API developer and have created an Application. I need an Administrator to enable it. How are administrators created? How do I know what level of security I have? Is this the same as a RE Admin, cos I am one of those, but don't see the Add Application screen. Any help/suggestions/comments appreciated. Thanks, David

When the Blackbaud solution is originally provisioned to your organization there will be a designated admin from your organization. That admin can invite other users as admins. You can contact Blackbaud Support who will be able to look up your info and answer your questions. Here are some resources that may help:


If you are an admin you should be able to see the "Control panel" item in the navigation from the RE NXT web view. Here's how you can connect applications to the environment:
