Adding Wire Transfer information to application form
I would like to include the Wire Transfer information in our applications. Although it is a field in Organization profile, there no fields that match in the Forms Manager. Any suggestions?

recommend doing this for security reasons.We have decided to use an email encryption

Many UK organisations have been collecting this information for years using Requirement Custom Fields. Then they have a choice of copying over to the correct WT fields in BBGM when the form is received. Or they sometimes just leave them where they are and do not have those fields editable for staff by using BluePrint to make them Read Only. That way staff are not able to update the Bank Info on any records (unless of course they are the Admin with Blue Print permissions!)
Our UK Organisations we work with have been wanting the real Wire Transfer fields available for Online Applications/Requirements for years but MicroEdge and now Blackbaud have always said they won't do it.0 -
We have been doing exactly the same in all Aus and NZ Organisations for many years. Those with the most stringent auditing collect this information prior to every payment. This approach provides the best management options for payment uplift and data export for AP systems.0

I've set up a 'Grant Acceptance' requirement that we issue to all grantees when offering our grant. We send out an email notofication to say that the form has been uploaded to their account. the email includes a pdf of their grant agreement.
The Grant Acceptance form enables them to upload a signed version of their grant agreement, enter their bank account details and provide some baseline monitoring and impact data. Due to the issues with the wire transfer fields, I created custom fields using Blueprint. To ensure that these are the correct details, we also ask our grantees to upload a scanned version of a bank document to confirm that the account is held in the name of the organisation. When the Grant Acceptance requirement is submitted, our Grant Managers then check the fields against the details on the bank document before marking the payment as scheduled.
