Error creating batch extension for custom batch

I am trying to create a batch extension for a custom batch we have already created. I am getting this strange error while trying to save the batch, could anyone help me out here? Thanks.

I had the same issue long ago. Right now I cannot remember what I exactly did to fix it. What I do remember is I probably used sql server profiler to find out what parameters were being passed to the stored procedure and fixed the problem. Wish I could be more helpful.
