Need dashboard or report for cash (only) balances for funds in FENXT

I have a number of people that need to know the cash balance of their funds for budgeting and purchasing purposes. However, I can't seem to find a way to create a report or dashboard where it is filtering or only showing the cash balance as opposed to all the assets and liabilities.

For right now (near-term), your best bet is probably a combination of a new Visual Chart Organizer template and either a new balance sheet report, or applying filtering (for just that account/project/transaction code/etc.) combination. If you have questions on those, please open a case with support.


We are working on a couple of projects nearing completion. The Sky Reporting and Insight Designer project is current in a limited preview, and in a few weeks, we should begin expanding that. As an example, this is a dashboard I built, consisting of multiple tiles/insights, in the tools that any user can have:




The second item in progress is the balance sheet tile on a project record, to give you some drill down capacity in the assets/liabilities/fund balance side of the equation. This is nearing completion and will be released to all Financial Edge NXT customers:
