Recording the donations of an Individual and their Businesses

Hey All! I have a constituent who owns two different businesses. Each business donates to us a few times a year, as does the individual. But they prefer to have their tax receipt issued at the end of the year, to their own name combining all of the donations. Any suggestions on how to record this efficiently?
