Username field if user status is Awaiting Response

If a user has been assigned a Blackbaud User ID but has not yet signed in, is there a way to generate a report to see what that BBUID is?
- I can look at it in Core > Security > Blackbaud ID authentication, but I can't export a file from there.
- I can't get the BBUID from a report or from the Sky API User extended list. (In both cases, the username field is blank.)
