Issue With User Access? Not Returning Data (05/19/2020)

We have an app that a customer is using and the app uses the Treasury API, Get Checks (List) Endpoint. When this API endpoint is called while the end user is logged in to their environment, the Endpoint returns zero(0) records. Nothing errors out, no authorization errors or anything like that either. But when we do the exact same API call with another user account, the endpoint returns the records correctly. This end user DOES have access to the area within FE NXT so I do not perceive this being a FE NXT user permissions error. And to add to the mystery, this issue just reared its head last Friday (May 15, 2020). Up until that time, the user had no issues. Anyone have any thoughts on things to check? Anyone know if something changed with the API late last week? Grasping here to try and resolve this for my client. Thanks
