BBMS and CRM (RE7) integration issues

We have successfully sent the values to BBMS as well as to the CRM.


However we noticed there is a discrepancy in sending these data. For instance, sometimes it sends to BBMS and not to the CRM and sometimes it sends to the CRM and not BBMS.


We also think this may be some issue with token or IP restrictions?


Any thoughts would be great

    Thanks for posting.  We'll need some additional information to help:


    1. Can you share any specific errors from the Payments API for the cases where data is missing in BBMS?  


    2. Are these one time transactions or are you also tokenizing cards for recurring payments?


    3. What method are you using to push data into RE7?
