Clearing checks in database view

Happy Friday!


I went into the database view this morning to clear checks, and found that holding the control key to select multiple checks to clear at one time wasn't working.  Instead, I had to do it one-by-one as in FENXT, which is so cumbersome, especially on slow, satellite internet.


Is this a quirk today, or is this now the standard?  Anyone else out there noticing this difference?


If Blackbaud has changed the ability to select multiple checks for clearing, please change it back.  One-by-one takes too long, and is not the standard in any other accounting software I have used, and I have used many in my 30+ years of accounting ...

Bing Waldsmith‍ Click your mouse and drag over the lines to highlight them - Then right click on the highlighted lines and choose "Clear Selected" - Hope this helps!

I agree with you Kristy - very cumbersome.  If they could make it the same as when writing checks in NXT by having a box on the left to check multiple ones at a time it would be less time consuming.
