FE NXT administrator duties manual

Hi! We are bringing our entire organization online with FE NXT. This includes 50+ foundations over 12 states. I am looking for an administrator manual from other organizations that include general administrator duties (new user set-up, security, remove old users), month-end and year-end procedures, reporting, etc. We will have 8 databases for the markets and one databases that consolidates all the data. Any documentation would be helpful as I am starting from nothing. Thanks!
