NXT "View in ResearchPoint" missing

Hello!


I have noticed that while most of our records have the "View in ResearchPoint" link displayed in the Prospect Management tab of NXT, random ones will not have that link displayed. They have the same ID in both NXT and ResearchPoint, so that's not the issue. 


Has anyone experienced this and have any insight into what's going on?

    Hello Rachel!


    You see the View in ResearchPoint button under Prospect Management on an NXT record only if that constituent has been screened in RP and also had their RP record connected to NXT. If you don't see that button in NXT, you need to go to RP and search for them using the Search All Saved Prospects feature. It is possible they have been screened and not had their records linked.


    If they do not show up under Search All Saved Prospects, use the other drop down: Find New Prospects and search by name and city, state. When you find the constituent, screen them. Once the screening concludes, click Link with RE on the left side of the screen. Voila, that adds the View in RP button in NXT!


    Always make sure you Sync with RE after a record has been linked. That way the new screening data that you refreshed and confirmed is updated to show up in NXT.
