Attach file to a journal entry
I have been able to attach PDF to journal entry, but if I attach an excel file it won't open once I attach the file to the journal entry

Hi Lisa,
I just tested this workflow and was able to open an excel file that I attached to a JE. When I clicked on it, I saw the icon at the bottom, which I then clicked on which opened the file. If you still having challenges,please reach out to support.
