DOB in ResearchPoint

While DOB is pulled over to RP from RE when records are synced, it does not seem to be able to be included in a list/report. Is this a fact? And does anyone know why?

    Hello Eileen,

    We use RP and NXT. We do not pull RP DoB over to NXT. That may be something your team set up. When I need to update birthdate in NXT, I add it manually. This may have something to do with the issue you refer to with lists/reports. The DoBs you see there may have been added manually.
