How are you performing degree audits in the BBEMS system?

We are in the process on migrating to the new BBEMS from Education Edge (EE).  We use our Degree audit/requirements in EE to validate that all requirements are met and certify the degree using a printed copy of the degree audit.  We also provide our advisors with a copy for their student/advisor meeting.  As the requirements can not be printed, how are others performing this task?


In addition, in EE we are able to view the course requirements and plus any additional courses the student has taken or transferred in a single screen.  This is not the case in the new BBEMS.  Since any additional courses a student have taken or transferred do not appear in the requirements window, what is your process for viewing those courses?  Due to COVID-19, we have canceled our immersion classes and offered substitute courses.  Some of our students have taken eligible courses through another degree program.  Does anyone have an easier process to view additional courses completed than going to grade management and reviewing the grades by student? 


I am curious how others are accomplishing these functions in the BBEMS system.
