How to Send One-Off Email from Organization Email Address

When I send a one-off email,  the emails comes through with my personal email address. How do I send the one-off email so that it comes from the organization's email address? Our mass emails are sent from the organization's email address, so not sure why the one-off emails wouldn't allow that.

    We found a work around for this. When we establish a user account, rather than using the volunteer's email, we use a role-based entity email. For example, we established a donorservices@entityname.com email that is forwarded to Volunteer's private email. We also established a user account - Donor Services with the email address donorservices@entityname.com and just note for our records the name of the volunteer. Now, when the volunteer sends a one-off email, it comes from donorservices@entityname.com. Plus, when the volunteer steps down and another one fills her place, the new volunteer picks up from where the old volunteer was -- the entire history of the activity of the account.
