Hello, 


Is it correct behavior that if the students are not in a room, that this Endpoint returns no result?  This is very unhelpful.  We don't put the kids into rooms until they get here but we need this Endpoint to return results even if they are not in a room. 


Or am I missing something and it is returning results?
