Constituent API calls and delete logic
Dineshkumar R
Hi All
I need some guidance on the following items.
1. I am trying to get all the constituent records from the Constituent API Call, but it returning the only limited number of records. In my scenario, I need to retrieve all the records and need to process it. Also, I am seeing in the Constituent API there has a limitation, Can someone help to resolve this issue.
2. I need to get the deleted constituent record so that I can able sync with SF. Is there any possibility on get the deleted records through API?
Thanks, Advance.

Hi
Dineshkumar R
.
Have you had a read of the
Constituent API Reference
? It provides all of the limit details for list-type calls.
When records are deleted, they are really deleted, not just marked as such. Therefore there's nothing to get once a record has been removed. This applies to all of the database entities that I'm aware of.
I hope that helps. Personally, I think searching the Community and perusing the documentation is the best way to get the assistance you need when starting out. Having said that, we have a .NET library and development SDK called
SKYLib•NET
which is free to use in unlicensed/rate-limited mode. The demonstration applications can assist in proving your development even if you don't use SKYLib•NET in your own application. Our
website
has more information if you want it.
