Error searching for a query view when trying to create a query view extensioin

Hi,

I'm getting the error message below when trying to create a query view extension.  I've checked the ServiceUrlBasePath key in the registry and it looks right.  Is there anyway to resolve this error in the wizard or am I going to have to create my extension from scratch?

was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the

SSL/TLS secure channel.
