Student AR payment notification

Is it possible (I can't find it anyway) to receive a notification from Billing Management the moment a student makes a payment on their balance due?  In contrast to waiting until we get a deposit notification from BBMS and working backwards?

    Hi Mark,


    You can look in "Recent Payments" to see payments that were made directly through the Tuitions module.  You will still have to post them to AR so that is how I tend to catch my payments, by posting to AR at least once a day.  We have forms that have account payments, you can find those in "Analysis" "Reports" then drop down category for "Credit Processing."  You will want "Processed Transactions with Student Details"  Keep in mind that you may want to manipulate the date parameters, I usually run the report for a day at a time and select BBMS as the gateway and you will need to select Yes for Show Details.
