Setting Separate Session Timeout for Fundraiser on the Go Users

Hello Everyone,
We are looking at deploying a modified version of FROG (Fundraiser on the Go) - but would like to set a separate timeout for users using this tool.
As a mobile tool, no one likes logging back in multiple times.
Anyone have any experience or direction?
In addition - has anyone created any custom login process for FROG?
