I would like to send a mass email to specific group associated campaign. How can i complete this task?

Hi Jesse.


To begin the process of a mass e-mail, you must begin by:

1. Creating a query of the contacts you would like to reach out to

2. Once that query is created go to Communications and create an e-mail template

3. Save the template and the begin the Mass Email by selecting that from the options 


To Mass Update the Interaction, you go to:

1. Management

2. Mass Update

3. Right hand side, Create New Items and select Create New Contacts or Mass Interaction

4. Follow the prompts to complete the interaction
