ClassLink/ Blackbaud - What am I missing!

Hello I am trying to link our new classlink account to Blackbaud to pull School data . I have connected the Classlink App in blackbaud. I go back to the classlink page and click " authorize" an screen comes up for me to enter my username and password . I do that and then it directs me to a authorization screen where I hit " authorize" Classlink to use this data . Once I hit authorize the screen goes away and I am taken back to my classlink screen . My set of instruction then say for me to click " test connector" when I do this i get the following error message " Test Connection Failed The connector test has failed. Check your entered parameters and try again."  I feel that I am missing another screen that should popup with the token but it is not popping up .


Steps i took on the blackbaud in ...

change my username over to a blackbaud id for testing purposes .. i plan on creating a serperate account just for this data pull

I connected the Classlink Roster Server  Application

Connected the SKY API Application

Added all the necessary roles for my useraccount


Help ! What am I missing ???
