JE Allocations - help

So, I've started to do one of the worst, most-tedious things I do every year, which is allocate the "overhead" costs out of A&G to programs. I have a set of percentages I use, based off the salary allocation. 


Is there a way I can just copy one JE to the next, simply applying those same percentages to the number I wish to allocate out of A&G? If there is, it isn't apparent to me. I can copy a JE, and that is mildly helpful, but then I have to go in and manually change all the accounts, the amounts, and the JE reference. At least the projects stay the same, so that is some help, but this is still atrocious. I only do this once a year because the amounts are IMO not significant. I can't imagine having to do this every month like I'm sure some of you do.
