Using Bank Feed to link a new account

We opened 4 new checking accounts at the same bank we have been using for the previous accounts.  After setting up the accounts, I hit the download and clear all function -  and 3 of the new checking accounts were linked showing the correct bank balance, one of the accounts did not link.  I waited another day and tried to download and clear and the same thing happened.  So I unlinked the account thinking I could start it over and maybe retrieve the bank balance but now I don't even see how to link it. When I go to add an account and put the bank name in, I get a message telling me it is not a secure location even though it is the same location as the 3 that linked up.  HELP>
