New Sky View

Is the new Sky View ready for us to log in.  I tried to get in and I received an error saying "This page requires additional permissions".  I am very confused on how to get started with this.  Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

  • Same for me when I tried to retrieve an application.

    Also, I couldn't seem to adjust the height of the rows in the view, so couldn't see all my information.

    The columns in the view should be  resizable and the right and scroll bar should allow you to scroll though to see all of the data. What browser were you using?

  • Alexis, Thank you for the reply.  I did follow your link.  I watching the video on getting started and when I moved to the next line item (First Time Login) when I click on access Sky View here, i get the same error as before "This page requires additional permissions".
  • Current clients are being rolled onto the SKY UX view in batch with everyone having access by Nov. 20th. Your system admin will receive an email when your system is ready. If you have received the email and are still having trouble please reach out to technical support. Thank you.

  • OK Blackbaud - very funny. I have been getting the same message as Kimberly. Now today, I received an invitation from Blackbaud and clicked on the link to "Accept Invitation" but the page opens up and says:

    Invitation not found.

    Invitation not found. To receive another one, contact your administrator. Anyone know what's happening??

    Hi Shannon - if your Administrator has sent you an email and it will not process properly, please have them or yourself contact Support and they will be happy to help you.

    Hi Kimberly, cant tell from the post if you received an invite from your Grantmaking Admin, but if you did and its not being accepted, please contact Support and they can assist

    I am the administrator for our organization but couldn't access Sky View. I had to chat with support and they couldn't figure out what the problem was. They eventually emailed me the link two more times and the third time worked. I am now in.
