Alerts and Appeals

I'm creating constituents via the api, I seem to be struggling to work out how to add an alert on a constituent. I also need to assign a constituent to an appeal but can't seem to work out the correct endpoint, any help would be appreciated

    Hi Josh,


    Constituent "Alert" in NXT is the "Annotation" feature from RE7.  Unfortunately, this functionality isn't currently available in the Constituent SKY API.


    Similarly, while the ability to get the set of appeals for a constituent is available via the ListConstituentAppealsSingleConstituent endpoint, the ability to create a constituent appeal is also not currently available.


    I will communicate both of the items to the team that owns these areas - I wonder if you'd be able to articulate any level of "how critical" this is for you (to help with prioritization)?  Any workarounds you may have for either?
