Font/Size of notices

Is there any way to change the font size, style, and color for the notices that come up when an application is inactive or requires resubmission?

Im not fully sure but it might be classed as an error message.

If you open the forms manager, and go to settings > Account designer.... When that opens if you go to Text>then select the error message in the list.... you have font options there
