DIY Donation Embeded Page

I am having issues with where to find the name/title and URL for my DIY Page. I went through training last week and just did not pick it up. Can anyone help?

I assume you are developing a DIY Donation form in the Online Express tab of R.E. and you want to post that form on your website? Once your Donation Form is created, there is an HTML code provided in the "That's It" tab.  You just need to copy that script and have your Webmaster imbed it in the proper page on your website. It works slick! Hope this advice helped?f
