Unable to locate vendor's app in Marketplace

We were informed by our vendor that a custom app was ready for testing and we were to locate and add the app via the Marketplace.

However, the app (RNL/ScaleFunder) is not there.  Are we missing something?

    This application is not yet part of the 'Marketplace'. You will need to add the application as a 'Connected app'. The ID of the application is '9dbf1bc1-728e-41a1-8d2c-a94fedada8c4'
