Does System Record Id = Import Id?

My app stores the Blackbaud constituent's system record id and one of my users asked if they can use the system record id when manually importing data back into Blackbaud.


Does anyone know if the system record id is can be used as the import id when importing data via csv?

I think they are two separate things, and as far as I know, the import ID is not available within the API endpoints.  You could use the constituent ID, if you also happen to store that.

Thanks, Ben. Unfortunately, we don't store constituent IDs since the API uses a system record id. You would think the bulk import would accept system record id since it's a unique and immutable identifier, but looks like not.
