2021 Tax Tables

Our organization has a payroll that will be paid on 1/8/2021. I looked in the knowledgebase and I see that the tax tables will not be available until 1/7/2021 which is too late for processing the 1/8/2021 paydate. The knowledgebase says that the tax tables should be created for the new tax year before running payroll. However, it looks that in order to do this I will have to manually edit the tables according to the information in Circular E. When the new tax tables are available then we don't download them? I guess? We are in a hosted environment. What are other organizations doing to get around this as I am sure our company is not the only one having this issue. Thanks!
