Dashboards and Documents Questions

1. I noticed that I am now able to access other's dashboards through my admin privileges, but how do I edit and safe the changes to their dashboards? I can't seem to find that option anywhere.

2. Where do the documents that are created/being edited automatically download to? Is that something that I need to set up as an admin or do they just dump into the "Documents" file on the person's computer.


I saw a comment before about how there should be more training available and I couldn't agree more. This isn't going from one iphone to another, this is definitely something completely different. Especially if all of the parts that we are all used to aren't active yet.

The ability to edit dashboards is now available. (I just learned this yesterday on a call with BB.) If you go to Control Panel > Settings you will see a panel for dashboards there. At first try it appears to be working as expected.


To keep things easy and clean, I've created a folder to which I download documents. To be honest, even though Check In/Check Out wasn't ideal, I think it's going to be a challenge selling the "download/edit/replace" option to folks. I've encountered some issues while working through this and am documenting what I find to be able to give to BB support. As of this moment in time, I am the only one in our office using this version so that I can work through any issues my POs may run into while using the system.

I am interested in this as well. I usually update the Dashboards for the Directors before each meeting. I've tried to update their dashboards from the control panel, but I have not had any success. Any suggestions?

I would have the same issues. Did BB give you any advice on how to change the Dashboards?
