Hello,


I did not receive the survey, but it was sent to my predecessor who is no longer with our institute, so I filled it out using the link he received in his email account. However, can you please let me know how to update Blackbaud's contact information regarding matters as such, so that I begin to receive these types of communication instead?

Like others have stated, I didn't get an email either.


I've checked my junk mail and nothing in that folder there either.

The Community inbox is in the top right corner of this page...It is a bell and when you get a new message there is a red dot beside the bell.


Please let me know if you do not see Paul's message in your Community inbox and I will investigate.

Just to clarify, the survey link went out via *email*, not the Community inbox. If you already filled out the survey when we sent it to you last year, then we didn't send you a link this week. You should be all set!
