We want your input! Check your inbox

Paul Bowers

Hi, it’s Paul from Blackbaud. We’re trying to improve Academics for our higher education users, so we sent out a survey via email on Monday asking for your input.

Please check your inbox and click the link to fill it out this week if you get a chance! It should only take 5-7 minutes, and it will help us make the product work better for you.

If you didn't receive the survey but are interested in providing feedback, please feel free to respond to this post and share your feedback.

Hello,

I did not receive the survey, but it was sent to my predecessor who is no longer with our institute, so I filled it out using the link he received in his email account. However, can you please let me know how to update Blackbaud's contact information regarding matters as such, so that I begin to receive these types of communication instead?

Chris Huang

Hi Paul,

Like others have stated, I didn't get an email either.

I've checked my junk mail and nothing in that folder there either.

Hi All,

The Community inbox is in the top right corner of this page...It is a bell and when you get a new message there is a red dot beside the bell.

Please let me know if you do not see Paul's message in your Community inbox and I will investigate.

In harmony and inclusion,

Elizabeth

Just to clarify, the survey link went out via *email*, not the Community inbox. If you already filled out the survey when we sent it to you last year, then we didn't send you a link this week. You should be all set!

Thank you for the clarification Paul Bowers‍.
