Hearst / CDS Global API available?

I've seen at bbcon that there's a relationship with Hearst Media and their fulfillment company, CDS Global, offering an API that ties with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge. 


My organization has our subscription database at CDS Global, and I'm interested in an API that might tie the subscription database together with Raiser's Edge. It's helpful to know if a constituent is a subscriber and append their subscription information.


Any tips on what might be available?
