Blackbaud ID Registration for Asian email addresses: Naver.com and QQ.com

SO, doing great with the Google set up for Blackbaud ID, but then non-google email addresses, specially anything non-american, is tricky.

Any advice for email services like Naver.com and QQ.com to find success in registering and setting up a Blackbaud ID login for those types of accounts?


It's so hard to provide support to international families, specially with a language barrier, and my support documents are done well, but I have not been able to vet the setup with a non-american address yet.


Any schools find success in asian email addresses working for Blackbaud IDs? And what to do when an error like: No Blackbaud ID with this email address?
