Invoices with "DO NO POST" status

Do invoices with DO NO POST status still show balance due in the Subsidiary Ledger? If so how can you get around that?

    Hi Latonya - Yes, if an invoice is unpaid and marked as Do Not Post, it will still show a balance due in the subsidiary ledger. If the invoice is paid and marked as Do Not Post, it will not show a balance due in the subsidiary ledger.
