Blackbaud Education Management’s SOAP API: End of Support, Feb 1

As previously announced in our weekly release letter, in order to provide the most secure environment for our customers’ data, it is necessary to end support for SOAP API, our oldest API. If your school has an application that currently accesses webservice.whipplehill.com, please update it to use SKY API instead.


End of support for SOAP API will take effect on February 1, 2021. We will continue to support both of our REST APIs after February 1, 2021. However, ON API is no longer being expanded. The SKY API has parity with the legacy ON API. We encourage schools to switch to SKY API for all new development.
