Something is not properly authorized in my setup, but it is unclear what needs to be done. I setup a developer account and created an application. The Blackbaud administrator connected the SKY API Console and added the new application. I can't get an OAuth request to give me a token for accessing the Financial Edge NXT data. I followed all the steps, but there i'm not understanding how the integration works. What else needs to be done? The below statement from the documentation is unclear to me. Do I need my developer account to be added to the client's Blackbaud server?

• A Blackbaud customer's environment – If you are working directly with a customer, request the admin of your Blackbaud solution to create a user account for you.

Hi Adam,

The error message 'You don't have access to any SKY API enabled Blackbaud products' means that you don't have sufficient permissions to access the Blackbaud solution (in your case FENXT). Please refer to this link for troubleshooting common authorization issues.
