Hi everyone,
I'm a new user of Blackbaud Grantmaking and looking to set up Outlook so I can send and link emails to the relevant requests. The help documentation mentions downloading a zip file but I can't find a link to download it anywhere - does anyone know where I can find this?
Also the guide mentions adding MERECID column to my Outlook but I can't find this column option in the 'view settings'.
Any advice will be much appreciated!
