NXT Data Integration API Access - Still Waiting

Following on from several posts dating back to at least November last year requesting some guidance/timeline for access to the NXT Data Integration API, I reiterate that we really need some kind of update please.


Our feet are increasingly being held to the fire as customers - current and prospective - ask us when they can have access to our Springbaud NeXT email management integration (which requires the use of this API) and we are constantly having to make excuses. We try to avoid saying that Blackbaud is simply not providing us with any details but this is wearing a bit thin, to be honest.


As a Blackbaud Partner, I would hope and expect that Blackbaud developers and/or managers would take seriously our requests for access or at the very least provide some accurate guidance on when we can have access to the NXT Data Integration API, for testing/beta purposes at a minimum.


It's possible that Paul Gibson‍, Ben Wong‍ et al have simply missed my posts; if so, I would ask that they - or someone - please provide us with some guidance so we can provide meaningful information to our/your customers, plan our product releases, etc.

The NXT Data Integration API is still in a closed beta with a limited number of Partners. There are plans to open it up for more developers to use it soon.

I believe your Partner status is still in review. The Partner team will be reaching out to discuss the options.

Thanks for your reply Ben Wong‍. Something more concrete time-wise would be appreciated; I can't tell our customers "soon" again, it simply won't wash. And we can't plan or even test anything in the meantime, so we're in limbo. What does "soon" mean please?


Our partner status is not in review; a new agreement was signed and confirmed in November with Greg Simmons‍. (Though having said that, I still haven't received co-signed paperwork. I'll chase that up.)
