Journal pages do not populate in only some accounts in eTapestry

When I open an account, I can always click on Journal to see all journal entries for each customer. Suddenly, a handful of customer account do not populate the Journal entries. So, I open an account, click on Journal and it is totally bank, even though there are several entries for that customer. Any ideas? Thank you.

    My initial thought is whether there have been any changes to the security settings in your database so it may be worth checking in with your eTap administrator.

  • Thanks for the response! I actually figured out that I need to clear my cookies and cache, and alos update Google Chrome! Duh! All works wonderfully again. Thanks!
