Hello!

We are wanting to understand a bit more about actions within FE NXT. How do you use them? How do you view actions that have been assigned to you?

We would like to use this function within the grants records to assign when reports are due for certain grants whether they be financial reporting/invoicing or if they are program specific metric reporting.

I can't seem to find much training on how the actions piece works other than this is how to add one and complete one. If it doesn't notify an individual user how is that useful?

My understanding was that the Actions piece wasn't entirely functional as of yet. Like you said, if it doesn't notify you of an action due, what use is it?? If anyone finds out differently, I would love to know as well! It's only useful if it provides notifications in a timely manner.

Anybody from BlackBaud have any input on this feature? The feature is there so its seems like there should be a notification center or something. In the database view you can set up a dashboard to show all your actions but not finding the same option in NXT.

Yeah I have figured that out now… I am hoping eventually that will be a function that works once they move more things into the webview.

@Kelsey Emerick The latest update talks about using actions, but this still seems incomplete. We set up some test ones. The person assigned does not receive any sort of notification. I cannot find where there are any lists either.
