Paypal as a Donation Option?

We get a lot of feedback from our online donation form with people wanting to use PayPal. I wondered if anybody has successfully implemented PayPal in an integrated fashion.


I'm thinking a solution might be to use the ADF in pledge mode and then integrate a PayPal checkout on the "success" screen... so the ADF records the donation as a pledge and then directs the donor to PayPal to fulfill that pledge.


Thoughts?

Hi Rick,


We have a product already out there which does just this and has been in use for many years now (both for ADF and BBIS native forms). Pledge is the way to go but you can do better by also having DB triggers to map to Gift before it reaches BBCRM too so it is as good as a full payment. Just message me if you want more info.
