Batch delete documents in SKY

It would be helpful if SKY had the ability to batch delete documents within particular requests. The functionality was available in BBGM Classic and removed from SKY. Anyway to get it back?

Hi, Beth. I am not sure if this is what you are looking for or not, when you are on the documents node of a single request you can select multiple documents and then click on the circle with three dots of any document you have selected and choose "delete" - this will delete all of the documents you had selected. These same steps can be taken when you run a query on documents.

Hi Jen. Thanks so much for replying. That doesn't work on the version of SKY we have and customer support said that the functionality no longer existed. What browser are you using? Beth

Hi Beth, that is really odd that they would remove that functionality. I use Chrome when working in SKY. Here is the about info for the version of Chrome I am using:


Version 88.0.4324.190 (Official Build) (64-bit)


Forgive this question, as I know support told you this functionality no longer existed (again so odd), you are set up with admin permissions, correct?

I have Admin. permissions and I'm not able to batch delete either. I just tested it in Chrome and Firefox.

Hi Jen, Yes, I have admin permissions. So odd - I'm using Chrome too for SKY. I'll shoot a message to support to see if they know why you have the ability to batch delete. Beth
