Does anyone know how to do a new document in Sky?

How do we do a document in sky view? do we still need to go into the document template manager?

Thank you! I thought i heard in one of the previews that we were not going to need a document template in sky but i looked everywhere and could not find where to build one. Thank you for your time on the answer.
