SKY workspaces being disappointing

I am so disappointed in SKY's so-called Workspace, which is close to worthless on its own. To see the information, I have to export the workspace to Excel and reformat. That should not have to be done, and takes up too much of my time. I do not want to start a new thread, I just want to post my concern, and Blackbaud Support instructed me to use Blackbaud Communityand, not them.

  • Hi Carolyn, I'm curious to know more about what you'd like to see and do in the Workspace. Views will be very helpful for you, most likely, but with more details I can provide some recommendations on how to get the information you need without having to export.
  • Here are some of our users' top complaints related to the new SKY view workspace. The primary issues seem to be related to having a smaller screen size
    1. Can’t see as much at once on a request (about five fields at a time vs. ten in classic view)
    2. Can’t see full text of notes on a list of search results (text used to wrap so you could see the whole field without expanding the columns)
    3. Save button not visible at all times (have to scroll down to get to Save)
    4. Pop-out of side window not visible at all times (users don’t like having to click to see it every time)
    5. Finding related items from a list view requires extra work
